And to think I didn't want to CRH today...
Well I wasn't feeling too well today and was thinking about skipping CRHing today. I finally convinced myself to just go search $40 in nickels. I went to my favorite bank and picked up the $40 in nickels, the tellers know I like half dollars and they told me they had $2 in their trays but no rolls, so I picked those up as well. I got a 67 out of the teller tray, which is my first teller tray score in a while. I searched the nickels and found very few pre 60 coins (about 7 total). I don't mind the low quantity because the quality was there. Scored a really nice war nick, it's got a lot of mint luster, very low wear. I think maybe AU? The steps are worn but the rest of the detail is there. I aslo got a 36 buff, it's worn (partial horn showing on rear) but I think someone either polished it or silver dipped it because its really shiny even though there is some gunk on the front. Also got a 39 jefferson, no mint, but it's another early one. Hope you guys found some keepers today as well, HH.
