Ango-Scandinavian Dragon Chape and a Roman Chatelaine Strap Fitting

Found these today, on a roman/celtic/medieval field.

The first is a Roman Chatelaine Strap Fitting (thanks to SS!) and the second is an Ango-Scandinavian dragon chape.
(I had first though it was a horse, but determinations say dragon)

wow, its near complete, just missing 1 of the upright attachments That is lucky

PS, PAS site says knife, or I guess small dagger type
