Today I had some very upsetting news that my very good friend (Trikikiwi) and metal detecting cologue passed away after a short and sudden illness. I first meet Mike after reaching out here on treasurenet some 13 odd years ago and became very good friends. not just metal detecting but in social circles as well. He was a true gentleman to the last and will be sorely missed. I am sure some of you here have crossed paths with him over the years as he was always active on treasurenet. Please join me in wishing mike Godspeed and May his soul rest in peace.

Your good friend Glenn

Hi Sorry too hear from across the ditch TP

Glenn, my condolences on your loss. Losing a friend like that
is much like losing a part of ourselves; they made us better
people.

Lost my life-long friend and prospecting partner a few years ago,
and like your friend Mike, it was very sudden and unexpected.

Sorry to hear Mike passed. Sorry for your and his family’s loss. May he Rest In Peace.

Rest in peace Mike!

I hate hearing this. I always enjoyed his post on here. Here is hoping he and his family find peace. Thank you for letting us know.
Happy Hunting
