Cariboo, definitely getting fat, not sure if it is as big as the one you shared on my other post.

That is one fat bear....

Makes me wonder if it's going to be an extra tough winter.

[newnan man]

He's a fatty for sure.

The behavior of the wildlife around here has me wondering the same thing.

I might as well body shame that fat ass bear also.🤣
Healthy that's for sure.
We have a big acorn drop this fall, surprisingly after our drought year.

[Chilli]

Fatso 😄
Hope you don't mind this.

Chilli, don't mind at all. Thanks !!!

[ArfieBoy]

It looks like he is almost ready for a long, cold winter!

[GirlWithWolf]

I saw a series of trail cam pics yesterday of one about to go into his torpor and he was so fat it almost looked like a headless bear. I’ll see if I can find it, I’ve never seen one that plump.

Dizzy, Ole chunk has made the news quite a bit lately, he had broken his jaw and has healed and learned to eat with. One hell of a big bear !!!!!!!!

[rginn]

Pretty cool. Man, we're just not seein that many in town this year, so they must have had pretty good forage available out in the woods in this area this season.

I saw a pic of his jaw from a while back, and it was pretty much sideways. He did a good
job of getting it healed up, all the while munching salmon like it was on sale.
