another hallmark thing

I'm not too sure about it being Birmingham - I think it could be a pseudo mark. For English Silver it would be redundant to have a silver hallmark and then the word Stirling and it is unlikely that a silversmith would then have put the word stirling at an odd angle . Just a thought

I've had several pieces that had the three stamps and then the extra sterling, I think they do it for exports
