The ‘SENSIBLE NO.5’ iron is by N.R.S. & Co. (Nelson R. Streeter) of Groton, NY and likely dates from somewhere between the late 1870s (I believe the original patent was granted in 1876) through to the 1890s. Somewhere there may be a patent date which narrows it down but, if the reference isn’t there, it will be after the patent expired. The value is broadly in line with the eBay link @vpnavy provided for a ‘No.1’ iron. Here’s another link for a ‘No.5’ like yours, with an asking price of $42

The other iron is from WM. (William) SHIMER SON & CO. of Freemansburg, PA. and from around the same period, but likely a little later. Again, if there is a patent date (or a model number) that will help narrow it down. I believe the original patent was granted in 1883. It looks to be in quite nice condition, so maybe worth a little more… perhaps $50-$60 I would think.
