Antique ring? CORRECTION!

Antique ring?

Hit this last week. There are two dates inscribed, they look like hand cut numbers.

“10-12-32” and “14-6-4-9-44”
Seems strange for a date. Any thoughts?

“yag” is also inscribed’. I can’t decipher the maker’s marks.

In the pic it looks silver but its yellow gold. 4.4g.

No karat stamp but 18 K with an acid test.

It is in fact yellow gold. I'm just a lousy photographer.
I may have to take my pics outside, that may help with the colors.
