Looks like an adze on one end and a gouge on the other. That is what it looks like to me, any how. It's super nice, what ever it is.

Welcome to the site. I find some strange tools in my hunts also. I doubt if we will ever know the purpose of all the tools we pick up. I enjoy tring to figure them out but some items we will never know for sure. Its very nice and Id be happy if I was to find one like it, rock
