My guess is this Dr. Turnbull is the same as referenced in the bottom paragraph here:

"Dr. Remzi will hold the Dr. Rupert B. Turnbull Jr. endowed chair in colorectal surgery, which was established in 1994. I say that since Strongville is very close to Cleveland.
