🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Any Idea? Horse related?

I dug this piece the other day in the front yard of a 1905 house.
I’m guessing it’s horse related, like a stirrup, but it would have to be for a kid if so.
I’m thinking it’s chrome plated brass.

Any idea?

Looks like a D ring for a strap

Looks like a ring off of a girth strap. I will take a picture of one when i go to my barn and post it. I am pretty sure that is what it is

Modern Miner it is one of two things . Either it is a D ring for the cinch strap or a D ring for a girth . Some girths might have a center post like in my last picture and some don't hope this helps ya
