Measureds 1 3/8 inches tall x 1/2 inch wide x 3/8" deep .. says Faden on it.

As @Noah_D says, it's a mini-lipstick dispenser. The Faoen range of perfumes, cosmetics and make-up accessories was launched in 1926 by Park & Tilford.
