✅ SOLVED Small 4-Piece Cylinder Found At Schoolyard

Hello! I dug this up today at a school. It measures 1-inch wide by 1-inch tall. The black part is hard plastic. Top "lid" reads, "IT IS NOT HOW FAMOUS U R, IT IS WHAT U R FAMOUS FOR."
Any help appreciated.
