Here's a green handled one marked Glidden Paints.
I think it's a paint can opener like ResurectedVirginia suggested.

Paint can opener is correct, would make a lousy beer bottle opener, the ebay seller was just guessing.

I'd say go ahead and mark it solved. Not much to argue against it not being a paint can opener, the green one is identical.

Last time I tried that Breezie I painted myself into a corner and couldn't get another beer until the paint dried!!
