It does not look worked to me but if you are finding more of that material in the same general area, it could indicate that you are on a campsite that may produce whole identifiable artifacts. Good luck.
 

The line on the right hand side of the first photo is beveled it's not a natural break
 

Looks like a reduction flake from flint knapping.
I think I see part of the cone of percussion on it. That leaves a curvature like that.
Just debris but a sign your in a good area.

That helped... "a little" LOL.
I think it may have been a expedient tool of some kind but the tractor got it before you.
That one edge looks flaked.
Mabey something like this.
No real name to it..just a tool.

Thank you gator boy. The tractor did a number in many objects in this field. But about a foot away from were I found this piece my buddy found a beautiful point.
