Any ideas

[awdw]

I have found 2 of these in the last couple of years. One in the low country of South Carolina and the other in north western Virginia. Any ideas?

It's part of a horse harness. I'm not sure exactly what it's called but that's what it is.

Assuming you don’t mean the brick wall, I’d say maybe part of a plow harness
