Just wondering if anyone is a member of theringfinder.com. I see that the directory has existed a couple years and I was wondering how many referrals you get on average if you are a member. I'd love to help people find their lost rings and stuff but I'm not sure if spending $39.99/year is worth it if no referrals to help people come in at all.

Thanks,
J

I definitely wouldn't pay.

Do they charge people to post their lost rings too ?

Very sad if they do

This should be a free service all the way around, & only IF Someone wants to pay a reward
should money be brought up

I agree with Jeff and would not ask for money to find someones ring although I don't have any problem with people asking for expenses to be covered if the area is far away or there is a large toll involved with getting there.

With that being said I know one of the members in my club has joined. Not sure how many referrals he gets but I know he has made some decent money from the ones he has found.

BTW I would have no problem taking a finders fee from an insurance company.
