Anyone deal with the Kennedy Mint?

Last week I ordered Half Dollars from the Kennedy Mint and they accepted my payment, Prices went up and they cancelled my order claiming that they are not available. I called to order and asked availability and they are in fact available. Now I know other mints honor there orders Seems like they are a less than honorable bussiness. Anyone have a similar experiance?
