Anyone else have a hard time sleeping the night before a prospecting trip?

So the past 5 times I knew I was going out the next day it's like when I was a kid before xmas, can't sleep and when I finally do I'm dreaming about getting gold. Hopefully tonight I can get some zzzs before a trip out tomorrow to a new spot

So I had trouble falling asleep knowing I was going out prospecting but couldn't make the trip do to a sick relative I needed to take care of, so maybe next trip out I will sleep better....prob not though haha

My memorable "Can't Sleep the Night Before's" have always been the night after a pretty good day of successful dredging and at the end of the day the nozzle hits a pay streak/pocket of gold, but I have to quit because the day has come to an end. For sure I describe it as being a young kid the night before Christmas when you hope the bike you asked for is sitting by the tree.

The Gold Fever makes me do it (dredge/prospect) but the GOLD discovery makes me more than excited!

You will sleep better using sheets and pillowcase with gold threads.
