Well, I don't hate drinking, so maybe it's a bad idea... (darn it).

Now, as far as 'friends in the cookie jar', it would definitely be all accounted for - I would insist. However, all 'owner' drinks would be at cost. Besides, the only responsible friends I have (with money), don't drink anyway. One's retired from being an attny for that Enron scandal, another one owns commercial lease space, and theirs are few others.
