Yep! There is nothing unique about the reverse of DDO - unless of course you have one that has a unique reverse.

so its the doubling up on the R U S portion mainly right?

No, the whole word "Trust" usually has doubling. It is usually the heaviest on RUS, but you can notice on the second one I posted that doubling has occurred on the entire word plus the 7 and 4. This is one of the better ones I have found. But I have seen others with actually even more pronounced doubling.
