Anyone keep 2002-2007 halves?

I'm tired of pulling nothing from my half boxes so I started taking the 2002-2007 halves like the guide mentions. Around a couple per box. Anyone else save them? I know there's only a couple million per year minted.

I keep most of them. I don't find much silver, so I usually keep them. NIFC halves are 2002-now, not just 2002-2007.

I agree with Em, they are nice to hold on to when you got nothing else to put in your pocket..I keep them to tie me over till i find some AG. I occasionally see them selling on eBay for a few bucks (depending on condition of course), if you can afford to keep them do so, otherwise swap them back out and go fish.

I keep them long enough to get them into a new wrapper, back into a box, then back to the bank to exchange or deposit.

Ditto. The only ones I've saved are the few in the coin books for the kids. I even found both 2012's this week.

I used to keep them a long time ago till I figured out that they were pretty plentiful, I have 1 of each that I kept in really nice shape, all the rest go back into the wild now. HH, Maverick.
