If it's a Tootsie Toy, It should be stamped inside the fuselage.

Upper left (pale green) is closer - but the Tootsie has open windows. Unless your found one is full of dirt(?)

The red and orange planes in the box are "V" tails, the green one does have cut-out windows, so it would be a different model of Tootsietoy plane not shown with that set. I could not find it in my reference books...yet...Sub 8-)

I think Texas Yankee found one- it's in one of his displays. Maybe you could ask him?

Appears to be a Piper Cub. Not sure if Tootsie Toys had rubber wheels.
