Anyone know what this is

I found this a few years back creek hunting. I know it's bone and it's fossilized but looks worked by human

I think small rodents like rats & squirrels gnaw with only their top teeth to sharpen them or wear them down. I could be wrong, I don't work at a zoo. Just look like I should.

I also think that these marks are from rodent gnawing. But, it's easy enough to tell. Under magnification the marks will be paired (from the rodents paired upper incisors).
