Probably a long shot but I figured I'd ask. This logo is on a set of Hall China Restaurant ware mugs that I have. Anybody recognize it?
A Mexican cowboy spinning a lasso at two cows standing over a poncho or blanket with the overall appearance of a grinning sun figure. Probably a local or Florida restaurant that is now defunct. That'd be my guess only because I found it down here. But that doesn't mean it is local. Thanks.

Very interesting. I've never seen that logo.

Thanks Plug N Play. That was pretty darn quick. Can I ask how you located it that quick? I had no luck myself. I'd mark it solved but I see it already is. :icon_scratch: Didn't realize that could be done by anyone other than the OP.

Changed some words around a little, with "coffee cup".
Mexican to Gaucho , lasso to bola ...

Only the OP or a Mod can mark a thread "SOLVED". In the instructions for marking a thread as "SOLVED" it states:

"Any other TNet member who feels the "What Is It?" is solved, do not hesitate to notify the OP or a Mod, so it can be marked accordingly."

Thanks for answering (for someone else). I was wondering. I'm not one of these new guys. I'm pretty good about marking my own threads as solved. So I was a little confused as to why it was marked solved so quickly by someone other than myself. I've seen threads drag on for days never being marked as solved in the past.
I seem to remember when forum foundry first took over that anyone could mark it solved. But that didn't last long for obvious reasons. Either that or I'm remembering things that didn't happen, lol.
Anyway whatever, no harm no foul. Another day above ground is a good one.

I thought you were just generally wondering (in an open forum) how your thread got marked as solved. I assumed you weren't aware that mods can and do mark threads as solved occasionally so I posted the information.

I read my reply to you and see how it could be misconstrued. I didn't mean anything negative towards you for answering. I did appreciate it and yes you assumed correctly. I wasn't really aware that mods are in the habit of marking them. My apologies.

What I was really wondering is why the mod who did it hasn't chimed in. That's who the parenthesis were aimed at.
