Does anyone have any info on this coin? My redbook is to old to list it and I
don't see any on ebay or any of the web sites I checked. Can't remember
when/where/or why I got it.

The US Mint did make a Eisenhower Centenneal Commemorative but your coin is not it. Yours could have been minted by someone else and is not US currency. The reverse of the coin could tell the story.
