Are Canadian half dollars magnetic?

Hi fellow friends of Tnet, I have thought of the question that I have been meaning to ask for quite some time now.

Are canadian half dollars(modern, non-silver) magnetic? just wondering because off the coin machine at my bank, I have gotten every canadian coin except the $0.50 piece. I have gotten the penny, nickel, dime, quarter, dollar(loonie) and 2 dollar(toonie), but no half dollar.

I understand that canada does not use dollar bills anymore for $1 and $2 and use coins, thus making them common use. but for some reason I want a canadian half dollar :P

All current issue canadian coins are magnetic
The 1, 5, 10, 25, and 50 cents are mostly steel, the loonie and toonie are mostly nickel.
You haven't found a 50 cent coin because they are very low mintage and not commonly used (like the USA).

The only canadian coins that are not magentic are
copper or zinc pennies
cupronickel 5 cent pieces 1982-2000
Silver dimes, quarters, halves and dollar coins (1968 and older)
