Are these overshot flakes?

These munsungan chert flakes showed up at my mainly archaic site.They seem out of place.Can you tell me if they are overshot flakes.I know the pics arent the greatest...

You'd really have to see the object they came from.

Here are a few that I have. They often terminate in sort of a T when the opposing edge is removed.

Here is a tool made on an overshot flake that I have,

I go along with quito and gator, I don't think they are over shot flakes. What both have shown you are perfect examples.

What is an overshot flake? A large flake from a point? What is this monster flake?

My understanding is an overshot flake travels completely across the the flint piece being stuck. Being the bulb of percussion grows at it travels, the flakes are usually much wider where they detach from more than from where they are struck from.

He was posting to me Charl. He messaged me about it, and I forgot to get back to him. I wish I could help him out on the material, but the piece was from Kentucky, and I haven't a clue.
