Are you being re-directed?

well I just ran malwarebytes and cleared the cache... time will only tell

Download and run free Advanced System Care
Download and run free Glary Registry Repair
Download and run free Eusing

Your computer will run faster, and most of the garbage will be gone.

Just realized I'm getting a redirect whenever I try to access the [more] link above my reply window for more smiley face options.....redirects me to an AVG search app.

The more button works fine for me, so I would suggest following Chukers experience and run a virus scan and clear your cache out.

Either do as twisted said, or just use less smileys :tongue3: Why do you need more anyway :dontknow:
Still curious as to what virus you had.. :icon_scratch: The program will tell you exactly what it cleaned up.

Well at least your running properly now :icon_sunny:

No virus detected - No infections detected. Always empty my cache...... :dontknow: I'm thinking it's some kind of a compatibility issue......auto updates have caused me similar issues before. This machine runs Vista which has always been a pain in rear! :laughing9:

Personally I like...

Microsoft Security Essentials for Viruses (free)
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

Malwarebytes for Spyware (free)
http://tinyurl.com/d5jtuz

Ccleaner for cleaning unwanted files & registry Cleaner (free)
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download

Advance Windows Care for over all system cleaner (free)
http://tinyurl.com/co76dr

now they do have paid versions but all the free versions work just fine and fix 98% of all your problems.

these are all major players in the "cleanup" game and will not hurt your system... I have been using them for years... now if it don't fix it or if your system does crash because you used these programs then it is in far worse shape than expected and needs further help. You may need to run your computer in "safe mode" to accomplish this... you can get to safe mode by tapping the F8 key wen you are booting up your computer.

as always BACKUP your files before you do any maintenance on your computer just in case.

Just stay out of the champagne room...it will cost you...and sometime your expense account will not cover it.

Stay safe out there...

It's not about the cost, it's about getting the glitter off before you get home.
