Arizona dredging or high-banking restrictions?

Does AZ have any restrictions on dredge/highbanker size - suction hose, engine HP, time of year... season. Would like feedback on whether or not Arizona has been Californicated or FUBAR 'd for all.

Hardest thing to find in AZ is water when I dredged there no regs but had to dredge in snow runoff BBBBUUUURRRR

simply goto the mountains in the northern portion of the state, and work the streams there.

The Forest Service will tell you 4" is the limit on dredging. That aint the problem. It's finding enough water to put it in! We use dry vacs!
