Found three wrecks here- English, Portuguese, and one called The Wizard, 1838. Any info would be nice, just curious about them....

The Wizard was an English brig carrying bricks, the HMS Thetis is a well know treasure ship, which was heavily salvaged back then ( story and painting here: https://collections.rmg.co.uk/collections/objects/15134.html and captains's account, here: https://books.google.pt/books/about...s_for_the_Re.html?id=uToEAAAAQAAJ&redir_esc=y ).

The Portuguese frigate I am unaware...

Informative letter from the PC of the Health Magistrate of Nice concerning the Frigate the Tetis commanded by Captain Blachet,
forming part of the Fleet anchored in the Port of Villafranca, which having been sent in search of the Merchant Ship with Flag
English the Grand Duchess of Tuscany, and having for this purpose fled to the Archipelago, and descended some of his Marines to the ground in the Island
of Candia, was therefore on his return to Villafranca subjected to a default of 40 days, 22 April 1784.
