Artifact or Geo?

Hello, got in a new feeder creek off a river & found what looks like it could be a grinder or something but I think its sandstone? It fits the hand & is shaped for a hand & Simi flat on the bottom. I'm just wondering if its an artifact or geofact?

I know the other is a fossil but I thought you might enjoy it, one of the biggest I've found.

I would call the round one a hammerstone.

The photo at the far right looks like it could be a mano, but if its not like perfectly smooth on that side its nothing. The other thing is weird. Definitely something I would add to the rock collection out back. Nice find.
