That's exactly what I do every time I find gold at the beach.....build sandcastles immediately after to celebrate my good fortune.

Whats his art? To get a bunch of people in a frenzy looking for gold bars that probally don't exist?

They had one of those stupid things where someone head money in downtown Dallas months ago, and it looked like a nightmare...First off, most people out there looking for it looked like they just got out of jail, plus they were tearing up plants out of public places and looking like fools

I just read the artice and its stupid. Do they think you are going to make a sandcastle with your shovel by accident looking for the gold bars ? Or just sit there and make sandcastles if you found a gold bar as a good gesture. The funny bogus thing is, there just happens to be a link to click on at the end of the story selling a treasure hunting book.

They are keys buried in jars three feet deep! The guy that wrote the book and knows the locations died, but his wife said the gems are still in the lock boxes the keys open. Frank

Four gold bars were found in the first two days. Value US is $533 each so people could not be bothered to travel any great distance. It did do what was required in bringing people from surrounding areas into the town and there's many that will start hitting the beach after the first winter storms.

I'll make sandcastles to find a gold treasure worth 16k. I'd make little 6 inch plug sand castles....
