OK, recovered this from an area that "has history". I am having trouble ID'ing it (a new verb) despite much time on the internet and looking through Albert's button book. I must be missing something, or not seeing the forest for the trees, but can anyone nail this one down? There are NO stars and the left talon is holding the three arrows. My non-expert opinion...General Federal Service 1865-1900. Anyway, any help would be appreciated; I am developing a new way to display buttons including text at the bottom, and it's great if I include Albert's or Tice's information. Thanks.
