at gold or ace 350 with propointer

OK so earlier I posted a post asking about the at gold. I could get one for 400$. But I also looked into the ace 350. What would you guys prefer the ace 350 with pro pointer or the at gold with no pro pointer. Is the ace 350 good with depth, relics, coins?

id go for the gold and save for the pp the gold is much more machine

Go for the gold, and for the time being, learn to pinpoint to excellence and you can also use a brass probe to find the target.

I had the at pro I just traded it which I got a very good trade but now I'm missing metal detecting! I'm guna try an get the at gold

The ACE 350 is a great machine, but the AT Gold is more than twice the machine! Just my opinion.

The stock coil on the AT gold is the 5X8 DD coil. It has amazing depth for it's size.

It's always difficult to assess the depth of any metal detector. The most honest answer is "it depends" ....having said that, with the AT Gold with the same coil on a AT Pro, you will get added depth using the AT Gold in the true all metal mode, which the AT Pro does not have.
