ATV's on Florida's Beaches

I live out here in Utah but travel to Florida for water and beach hunting quite often.. In Utah you can go about anywhere you want on a four wheeler with very limited restrictions.

My question is can you take a four wheeler on the beach in Florida or is it against the law? I have a pulse star 2 that I use and I use my four wheeler, and I would like to do the same on the beaches of Florida. Also there are times that I walk for it seems likes miles trying to get to a beach that only has limited parking at a certain destination so riding a four wheeler would help.

Any information on driving a four wheeler on the beaches of Florida would be appreciated.

I included a photo of the setup I use in Utah, but will have to make a modification for the sand just for your own curiosity

The only ATV's aloud on Fl. beaches is the turtle People ,Hotel, Motel,and the Law.

It has to be street legal. Not too many ATV's that are street legal.

Florida treats ATV's down here like they are owned and operated by the criminally insane. There are heavy restrictions as to where you can, and CANT ride them... Here in SW FL, I have never seen an ATV on a beach, other than what Ron said...
Up in Punta Gorda, FL, there is the Redneck Yacht Club, where all the locals go to ride...no where near a beach.
