August Totals Dad and Tanner

This was not a banner month, but I guess we have some more for the piles. I started to hit pennies hard and Tanner and I had our first Wheat War since Spring. I started to order boxes again as I was mostly searching customer rolled halves. The five boxes we searched this month yeilded one 40%. Tanner found the most unique coin a 1933 Canadian penny. The 1945 quarter came form a Coin Star reject tray. I have been diligently checking out Coin Star machines since last fall when I found a silver quarter and dime. I would guess I find silver 1 out of every 100 times.

King George Pennies 10 (oldest 1933) from a Brinx box
1 gold plated 1981 d penny
2 star fish pennies from the Bahamas
4 other foreign coins found in Penny rolls
