Average Dime Find Amount

Hello Everyone,

Luckily I have a few local banks which normally have a lot of hand-rolled dimes.

Last hunt was about three weeks ago. Went through $660 and only found two.
Oddly enough, both were in the same roll.

My average is about 1 per every $250 based on a lot of previous searches. What
is you average?

I tend to get about 2 every $250 but I have also gone $1000 and found nothing. But I think it averages at 2 per box for me.

1 every $375 (0.67 average per box). That's when I stopped hunting dimes.

My dime avg through 7/31/16 @ 1.07/box. Much better in years past for sure.

About 1 per box worth searched for me... I rarely go through Dimes anymore... am finding just as many nowadays visiting my local Coinstar machines as I would in searching rolls... a lot less work!
