Hey guys,
Here's a find I'm quite happy with. I got this 1888 O VAM 7a for $12 from a dealer's junk bin. The pickup point for this variety is the comet-like die gouge by the date. This VAM is a high rarity-7, which means there are not many of these out there at all, probably less than 20.
Here's a VAM 7a that sold on eBay a few weeks ago....for $500! As you can see, mine's much nicer!
