Awsome day for Civil War relics!!!!

Hi all, Took the day off to detect some property I recently received permission for. This is the perfect weather for our hobby. So glad the heat is gone! The area is right in the middle of the battle of Williamsburg. The area is super trashy so I thought it may take some time to hit the good things. As luck would have it I worked a small area and boom the relics started popping out. It's been a while since I have found such a concentration of relics. The best of the day is a Eagle button. Also loads of shrapnel and Minni's. I hope this just the beginning of things to come. Thanks for looking and I will keep you posted. Life is good.........

Cool indeed! There is a question lurking in the back of my mind for anyone that has MD'd civil war sites. What would you do if you came across the remains of a soldier? Or have you ever encountered such a find?

That would be a creepy find. I guess if he had a gold tooth we may find him.
