Meant to post this over here this morning but went in today's finds.

I think water is my new favorite place to detect now that I have found some old coins in the water to go along with jewelry!

...

Went back to the place I got the nice ring last weekend and a bunch of junk earrings, for two hours Sat morning. I think I'll call this place earring lake from now on!

Managed a 0.5gram 14k hoop-ish earring. First gold earring for me.
Also picked up a 1.7 gram .925 stamped ring. Had been there for a while so I must have missed it the first time.
Also a stainless "spinner" ring.

Plenty of junk earrings and some clad.

Sunday I went to a new spot and hit some oldies in the water.

1927 Mercury Dime, a pleasant surprise.
1944 and an unknown date wheats (yes, I cleaned the crap out of them... they were so corroded I could only guess they were wheats)
1942 Nickel... not silver though
Two religious pendants/medallions

Not a bad weekend for me. Only my second and third time in the water with the AT Pro. I love it! 81212small.webp8-11 small.webp

Nice finds especially after only second time in the water with your AT Pro. Some people don't find that much after several times. Congratulations!!
