We have great backups - off site tape backups as a matter of fact, but with so many gigs of data, it can take a long time to restore things.

We just replaced one hard drive today, and for now are sailing right along.

Just curious. Just seemed to be a lot of issues in the last month and some took a long time to recover from. I'm sure you are doing your best to keep things up and running smoothly!
