Backwoods find says "I LOVE YOU"

After a hot and hard streamside campsite hunt had a good signal and from about 3" up comes this ring with a real seductive message on it. Made me feel good and smile the rest of the day. Spent some time at a nearby fishing hole on the stream and tried some Idaho beach and shallow water hunting. Found a few clad where the kids had been playing and also about 22 coins-clad and several old keys. Sooo peaceful out there..not another soul around.

I think rings like that being found are usually appreciated by someone in the family. ::)

The area appears to be one of those "even if I don't find anything, it was great getting out spots"

Excellent photo story buddy SilverSwede! 8) There's something very special about ol' swimmin' holes, silver and being in lonely spots like that, which also turns my crank and I'm sure, that of a few others in here. Looks like you've scored yourself a great digital camera there too, what's make/model? I've been tryin' out a new Pentax recently and can't wait to get it out with me ol' Amigo, to shoot the results and location of the hunt.

those square keys appear to be similar to keys that I have for govt. or army issue locks the ones I have are "American Locks". The smaller keys are "Masterlocks" I'm sure............together on this chain which I would say is a dog tag chain makes me think who ever lost these was military of some sort. No big deal theres always a set of large bolt cutters on hand for this type of thing. Just thought Id share my thought. -JD in WV

Larrybass: The camera is an old 2.0 Megapixel easyshare Kodak. It's does real well in natural light but not with florescent lights or flash. Had it about three years, has a dock that charges it and transfers via USB. real easy and basic. They're probably under $100.00 now.

J.D. You seem to really know your keys. I just cleaned them off and the square ones are American Lock Co. USA & #0382H on the other side. Military Hummmm. The smaller are Masterlocks. If the CIA comes they can have em' back.

Tycmurray: I've found quite a few car/truck keys out there. It would be about a 20 mile hike out if they didn't have a spare. And no cell phone service either!

Green1: I Think the thing is more automotive-like a brake or fuel line 90 degree turn,but then in an emergency, you never know
