Bad Crack

some how I crack the housing on my excel 2,and it leaked, does not work anymore. So I bought an excel 1000 with all the goody on it . Now I am back in it again.

That sucks, Do you know where it cracked on the main tube or the risers for the knobs. But I think you will like the Blue Tube better than than the Excel II, I bought a Blue Tube for a back up and it is now my primary machine. It runs smother in the wet sand and lets me crank up the sensitivity. Sorry to here about your misfortune anyway.

I have own a 1000 for many years before I bought an excel 2. my excel 2 have a crack I the up riser in the all metal switch

Your talking about the collars that are around each pot.

I assume you're talking about an Excal (Excalibur)? Main tube cracks can be repaired with epoxy if you're just using it in the surf. If you're diving, you'll need to replace the tube.

crack has been fixed with a new Excal 1000
