hmmmmmmmm ! this is the last good find i had. put it on so i keep wearing it. but i dont get how it split ? devine intervention or what ? how could it have split ? DOH ! i thought about trashing it ? but it a memory of a point in time.and it stays where i put it.

forgot ? it is .925 and if u look closely someone scribbed a groove down the middle with a knife. and one of the mysteries of life ? why ?

probably where it was originally "welded, forged or soldered" together to make it into a ring. many have seams just hard to see them

Could have been resized before and was weak, or like said before it could have been the ground freezing and thawing that left it with a hairline crack.
