Then you re-registered under a IP and new user name, just so you could
ask the moderator(s) to UN ban your previous ID? Correct? (yes/no)


AND, if they grant you this unprecedented request, you say you

BC, I gave you 2 years so you would have the ability to return at some point in future rather than lifetime ban on name "BC1969" which can't be removed.
