Battery Life on Garrett Pro Pointer ?

Can anyone advise the battery life on a Garrett Pro Pointer?

Although it was the battery that came packaged with it it didn't even last for one hour with on and off use.

I packed 4 spare for my next hunt.

Follow up post:

I have now spent at least 10 days out with my new propointer and I'm still using the same battery that came pre-installed. I have not yet heard a low battery tone. All in all I probably have 12+ hours of use on it. I have a brand new CopperTop in my pouch waiting for it to happen though. I learned the hard way once before, "If you have two, you have one. If you have one, you have none."
