Campgrounds are fantastic places to scavange change. Campers are always in a hurry to leave. They don't wanna bring any creepy crawlers home, so they ALWAYS shake out their tents and sleeping bags (usually leaving change on the ground). I discovered this while camping at Point Bar, Colorado. The BLM Ranger had complained how dirty the designated camp sites were after the weekend.. So i started giving them a hand, policing up the sites picking up trash every Monday morning. I was averaging about two dollars in change per sight. About ten other camp sights in my immediate vicinity. $20 dollars, for one hour of work.. not bad. Imagine what i could'a done with a metal detector !

TNC, all of us need change in one way or another. Hang in there............63bkpkr
