Hello Everyone
Had a a great day , found my first silver today!! but this beauty is the one that has me scratching my head. Came from a very old yard , the house is long gone. After cleaning it showed a beautiful green patina, it is very heavy for its size also. Looks like maybe a key , a clock key maybe?? Any help much appreciated

It's the inside(turning part) of a pit cock/valve. Used in many early 1900 late 1800 tractors, cars, hit&miss engines etc.
PS: There's one on the water hopper on the engine in my avatar
