Tried using a 1.4 teleconverter on my 100mm macro lens......Plenty of bees sleeping on the flowers to experiment with.....When the sun comes up they wake up and get busy again.

This is a sleeping dew covered honey bee. It was 46 degrees this morning when I took the picture.

Interesting picture. You could always drag a hair dryer out and warm it some. We're getting down in the dry 40s at night now, but still some 80° sun shine during the day.

OK. forget my cell phone pics! Besides the bee I took a picture of was not dew covered. He may have been sweating a little though, it was around 100 when I took the pictures but it is starting to drop into the upper 70s at night so cold weather can't be far behind!:laughing7:
