The best would be the least expensive.
That way you don't get fleeced so bad by the carnies selling them. They all [don't] work the same way: Magic. Forget it if you are a muggle like most of us.

Great advice-because many have lost their shirt buying one of these devices.
Still remember when my dealer was trying to get me to invest in one.
I got in the car and made a note to classify the poor guy as "certifiable"
